- Floor mats: 30% stainless steel, 30% polyester, 40% cotton. Floor mats are blue, and heavier duty than the canopy to withstand the wear of the weight of the bed, and walking.

- Currently, there are limited options for non-metallic (e.g., wooden) canopy frames. Most wooden canopy structures are integrated with bed frames. If you are looking for a wooden structure, consider reaching out to local carpenters or furniture makers who can create a wooden canopy frame to fit over your existing bed.
- Please note: some minor tarnishing is normal due to the silver and anti-oxidizing material from which the Canopy is constructed. This is expected and normal and does not negatively impact the performance of the Canopy.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
